One scope, in work order. Insulation first, then boarding, then taping & finishing — so nothing is done out of sequence and the finish is ready for paint.
Tap Insulation, Boarding, or Taping & Finishing and that layer lifts out of the wall. Diagram, not a project photo.
Insulation installed as the first step of the drywall sequence. It is checked for coverage and continuity before boarding starts, so boarding does not hide an unfinished insulation scope.

Good for: houses, multi-unit builds, and commercial interiors where the wall build-up must be complete before boarding.
Drywall boarding installed, fixed, and prepared for taping. Joints are set out so taping can follow cleanly, and openings and corners are left ready for finishing work.
Good for: new interiors, remodelled rooms, and repeated units where consistent boarding keeps the schedule on track.
Taping and finishing to a clean, paint-ready surface. Joints and fasteners are treated, corners are finished, and surfaces are left ready for the painter — without rough joints or visible patchwork to slow the next trade.
Good for: any interior where the final wall finish will be seen and judged at walk-through.
| Service | How it fits |
|---|---|

| Spray foam | Secondary insulation option, discussed as part of the wall build-up scope. |
| Paint | Final, secondary item only — not a lead service, and not a separate paint slide or page. |
Standard drywall finish levels, for reference only. The level for a project is agreed when the scope is quoted.
| Level | What it means |
|---|---|
| Level 0 | No taping or finishing. |
